Inclusion Team
The Inclusion Team at Compass School is dedicated to fostering engagement, promoting inclusion, and providing holistic support for pupils and families. Our mission is to create an environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We are committed to addressing barriers to learning, promoting positive mental health, and nurturing a culture of acceptance and belonging.
We achieve our goals through a whole child approach that integrates various strategies and initiatives. Our team collaborates closely with all stakeholders to identify and address the diverse needs of our pupils and families. We provide targeted interventions, personalised plans, and access to resources that promote wellbeing and success.
Additionally, we offer career guidance, vocational training opportunities, and pathways to further education to ensure every pupil has the tools and support they need to pursue their aspirations.

By fostering a culture of inclusion and support, we see increased engagement, improved academic outcomes, and enhanced wellbeing among our pupils.
Our interventions help pupils overcome obstacles, build resilience, and develop essential life skills.
Families feel empowered and supported, knowing that their children have access to the resources and assistance they need to succeed.
Ultimately, our work contributes to a thriving learning community where every individual has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
