We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Deputy Headteacher at the Compass School. We are looking for a focussed, dynamic individual who is keen to support and develop the education of children, who may not otherwise get the opportunity to flourish in a maintained school.

The school provides transitional, full time education and support for learners who are not accessing mainstream schools. Our pupils are aged 5 -16 covering the four key stages. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in leading whole school teaching and learning, ensuring that the Quality of Education experience for all of our pupils, is the best that it can be. You may be operating as a successful assistant head or other middle leadership role and be looking for the next step in your career.
